I visited Panchero's in Mason City, Iowa, and I had a delicious salad with steak, pico de gallo, and a hint of sweetness. It was so good! The employees appeared to enjoy working together, which added to the positive atmosphere. I haven’t tried the burritos yet, but it’s impressive how they make fresh tortillas right in front of you! The ice machine has been broken for over a month now...how long does it take to fix or replace an ice machine? Seriously? The food is usually pretty good here, some days are better than others. During our recent visit, they had customers waiting because they had run out of rice and beans...AND the ice machine is broken? Is this like the new McDonalds Ice Cream machine? View all feedback.
Loved the idea of customized Mexican Fast food, kinda in subway and chipotle. Staff and food both were good. Price: Not so expensive neither cheap compared to many other fastfood chains available.
Stop them to come to lunch on Saturday and the staff were very helpful and great when I made my food. the things I ordered were made perfect to my happy
