Love the Frontier Burger! Kiley is a fantastic server. My compliments to the cooks as well. Overall experience was well worth the wait.

Just went to big boy for dinner for the first time in awhile and we were the only family there tonight and our waitress was the sweetest person ever! She gave me my togo soup on the house, just for us coming in because of how slow they are, gave our boys quarters for the bubblegum machine and the food was killer. We love their breakfast, but haven't had dinner there in a really long time. No complaints. Hats off to big boy and our waitress who we gave a very nice tip to. I hope she sees this.

Awesome team here! They're way understaffed but still make it work. And the food is amazing! The team running this place deserves a raise and some serious appreciation! Specifically would like to put a positive shout-out to Emma and the tall gent who was bussing and running the register today. They were the ones I interacted with today and they were so kind and patient under so much pressure. Also, to those complaining about the prices, I paid $23 for three of us to eat our own meals. You can't even get that at fast food restaurants anymore...

We hadn't been to Big Boy in years but wanted a dine-in meal with waitress service. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and the food was excellent! Classic turkey club for me and fish and chips for hubby. We got slices of coconut cream pie to go. We had a very nice time! Update: Service on Memorial Day was a bit slow but they were probably short-handed. Our waitress, Cricket, was very cheerful and helpful, despite what appeared to be extra work. Our food was very good, also.

Very happy to see Mason big boy is open after Covid. Service was very good even though we had the buffet. Food was probably eight out of 10 but I love the classic big boy hamburgers and I will definitely be back
