She was polite and... read more The new manager is truly outstanding! I placed a large order, and she handled it better than anyone else I’ve encountered at this restaurant. She was polite and efficient, which is quite rare to find in employees these days. However, I did notice one employee, a girl named Carlaya, who was completely unprofessional. While I was there, I overheard her saying some disrespectful things to her manager. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her behave this way. Just a week ago, I witnessed her arguing with another staff member and then leaving that colleague to manage a huge line all by herself. I felt really sorry for the other girl. Honestly, I’d rather not be in the restaurant when Carlaya is around; she’s quite unbearable.
