Dunkin' - Mashpee
Dunkin'
Description
A neighborhood coffee spot serves reliably good coffee and quick, efficient service, though experiences vary sharply by shift. Helpful touches — restrooms, napkins and milk options including chocolate — contrast with inconsistent dine-in availability and occasional cleanliness and professionalism lapses, from restroom congestion to insect sightings. A standout barista often elevates visits, but a strict iced‑coffee fill policy and uneven staff behavior frustrate patrons. Best for grab-and-go customers seeking solid coffee; those wanting consistent seating or pristine facilities may be disappointed.

This is one of the few DDs that still allows indoor dining these days. The staff here is consistently friendly and efficient, making the experience feel reminiscent of the pre-2020 days.
I stopped by to ask for a towel, and the kind person at the counter happily obliged. They asked me to wait for a moment and handed me napkins that read "Love Notes." These napkins were great for soaking up the moisture on my face. Once I was cleaned up, I asked for some milk. I was given the option of regular or chocolate milk, and I couldn't resist the deliciousness of the rich chocolate flavor. I later discovered I had left the store with a cocoa mustache!
One of the staff members was extremely unprofessional. This woman was talking about another customer who had just left to her staff and kept going on about it. Coffee was good, but I won't be going there again.
