Dunkin' - Mashpee

So I have started going to this Dunkin’ Donuts about once every morning and I’m thinking today will be the last! Every time I went… the iced latte that I get has never been made consistently. It was decent every time but not how it should’ve been not to mention when I got this morning it looked like someone had drank about a quarter of it.

Is it normal for employees to hang out in the rest rooms so that customers can't use them? ? also stink bug on the floor in the bathroom ewwwww.

This is a struggle i go through at this location every single time. I want a large iced coffee with no ice. They fill it 2/3 of the way up, and claim the missing coffee represents the missing ice. I 'm told its store policy . My response is the same every time: I want it filled to the top, and I will pay 1 dollar more to get it filled to the top if that 's what it takes. I like cold coffee, but the melted ice weakens the flavor. Sometimes they acquiesce and just fill it. Sometimes they argue and refuse. Either way, is the extra 10 cents worth of coffee worth the struggle this craziness creates? Its insane that your policy is to make customers unhappy. Stop it. The coffee already costs too much, you are already making massive profits.

Wonderful! Love the new renovation! It makes it look so much nicer! The service is great , and I especially love the iced caramel craze signature latte!

It's dunks and I'm from New England. It isn't just coffee, it's a religion at this point.
