The fried stuff that the waitress suggested to share as a starter was of a por quality and taste... probably frozen supplies.

Menu, as ot... read more Only a three minute walk from our Airbnb, we had to try this place. Service initially seemed a bit ‘brusque’ but after a while became very friendly. Menu, as others have stated, is in Italian, and for one I love this. As much as we can translate some, it became a wonderful game of menu ‘Russian Roulette’. The kids fared very well, my wife and I ordered a seafood starter that was a little too ‘straight out of the sea’ for our liking (i.e. raw), however you can’t deny the freshness! Watching a local guy devouring the squid with gusto, we felt a little pathetic. The mains were pasta with prawns in a cream sauce and, although it said ‘gnocchi’ on the menu, was pasta shells with a tomato sauce and pork bits that were very strong in flavour. Delicious, and traditional. Wine great, dessert grand, and the bill was very reasonable. Will be going back to gamble on the menu again!
