We were in search of a place to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was surprisingly good for the low prices. Initially, there were only a few students inside, but as we waited, a diverse group of people began to order. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. What User doesn't like about Overtime Tapsishop:
This restaurant is decent and I enjoyed their bulalo and Shanghai lumpia. Both dishes were quite salty, so you may need extra drinks. Their shakes are good as well. However, I would recommend avoiding the burger, as I found the chow suey to be lacking flavor in a bland sauce. View all feedback.

This restaurant is one of the few fast food establishments in the city that is open 24 hours. I visited around midnight because my hotel didn't have a restaurant. The prices are very affordable, with dishes like Tapsilog costing only 60 pesos. The food is decent considering the low prices. It was a bit warm inside during my visit because the air conditioning was turned off.
I went here early in the morning to buy some food for my Island Hopping. I guess this is the only 24 hour resto in the city. It is coventiently located near the port and the prices of the meals are very reasonable. I got my self two meals and my favorite mango shake.
A friend, the Rodeo Director of the Masbate Rodeo festival, took me there when I left Masbate last december. Hungry, and to be sure I don't get famished on the boat, he took me to Overtime. Apparently this is a local favorite. Now it has also become one of my favorites.
