Krystal - Maryville

This is the final time that I give this restaurant a chance. (Maryville) I am and have been literally the second person here since Ive been here. I ordered my food online at 9:00 because I know that this place takes forever., I scheduled the time to pick it up at 9:20. It's literally 9:40 and I'm still sitting in the parking lot waiting on five crystals.. I'm not an impatient person. But 20 minutes and counting and still waiting on just five crystals is unacceptable..

Ordered online and got there and only got half the order and had to wait almost 15 minutes just to even get attention from the

We ordered 4 chili pups and 2 apple pies and the order was hot and delicious.

If you are a fan of Krystal’s this is a pretty good store for satisfying your “crave”. The food routinely is presented fresh and ready to enjoy.The drive through line doesn’t move particularly fast, if I’m number 6 or more in line I just keep going as you might be there 15-20 minute waiting on an order.No special ambiance if you do dine in. It’s a Krystal!

It’s like they don’t want to work. Waited in the drive through for 20 min at the speaker before they even took my order with a whole line behind me. Nobody was even in the store eating.
