Dunkin' - Maryville

We tried to eat at Dunkin Donuts on Washington this morning, once again our order was given to another customer because they do not call out order numbers. We had been waiting along time and the young lady told us she would bring the food to our table, well that didn't happen then when someone else took our food even it was put on the counter , and no number called out. They of course ran out of the items needed to make our food. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. Last time we accepted a substitute that was awful we ended up throwing it out and just going somewhere else and getting something else. This time we asked for a refund. We love the coffee but we are getting tired of our orders being given to others and the them always running out of stuff. I think we will try another coffee shop and see if maybe we like them just as much as Dunkins coffee.

Super friendly staff and while it was a little busy, they were happy to help me when i needed a drink holder. the donuts are good and don't taste stale. the mango pineapple refresher with green tea is my go to drink

The employees here are the rudest people I’ve ever had to interact with. They also make horrible tasting coffee. Don’t even think about ordering more than two items at the drive through because they get annoyed and disrespectful.

Parked out back to enjoy my meal… the KAREN that lives behind the building is an absolute psycho and pulled up next to me looking at the front of my car… then had the audacity to ask me to back my car up because it WAS NOT touching the bushes! I am assuming she believes she owns the parking lot next to the dumpsters! She’s bad for business!

This Dunkin in my opinion is the best that I have ever been to. Excellent service by all.
