What Amy Jones likes about Arby's:
when we pulled in the parking lot to go through the drive up which was backed way up so I went inside to order which was as well very busy but it took me no time at all to get through the line to order and to get my food as well. this saying a lot considering it was the busiest lunch hour ever View all feedback.
When we arrived and saw the long line at the drive-thru, we decided to go inside to place our order instead. The inside was quite busy too, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get through the line and receive my food. This is impressive, especially considering it was the busiest lunch hour I've ever experienced.
I had my first Jamocha shake in Los Angeles back in 1970, and I've loved it ever since. I really wish they would provide gluten-free bread for their sandwiches.
You can't just visit Arby's and order food without supporting the Arby's Foundation, which benefits from your purchase. If it's truly a worthy cause, why not contribute?
Extremely clean! The staff is fantastic! It's rare to find places where all the employees smile and treat customers with such respect. They definitely deserve a raise for their excellent service!
Dining at Arby's was a typical experience. Tonight, there were three customers ahead of me in line, and I ended up waiting 24 minutes for my order. I get that it can take some time...
