Got the house special and the food tastes like it’s been in the fridge for a while, barely any sauce and the chicken is meh. And only $25.00 after tax for 1 person! What a deal!The egg roll, gyoza and tempora were ok.Was going to only do 2 star but I’ll do 3 stars because the lady at the front was very friendly and polite.

I have ordered from here about 5 times and everytime it gets worst and worst. Never again will I spend a single dollar with them. Horrible food and horrible customer service. In face when I called to tell her I got zero rice with my meat she hung up on me.

Others seem to have good experience so I may have just gotten an off moment so take my experience posted from an objective view and not bashing.The building has easy access, and doors on two sides. Soda is included with food. Fairly clean on the inside, service was nice. But that's where the good stops, the food was freezer-burnt for two different chicken meals. While service was friendly it was very slow to get food when not busy, only us in there but they appear to do phone orders as well which may have been a factor.Garlic chicken looked overly garlic-covered so I didn't try my SO food. She said it was freezer-burnt and overcooked till it was very dry.I got the katsu chicken while juicy, not overcooked but if the meat wasn't freezer burnt it may have been passable I would not recommend it. Heavy vinegar use and chili sauce on spicy katsu that while spicy lacked any flavor but hot from spice.My partner has requested we not give it another shot so I will not be updating. I wish them luck and I may have just gotten meat left in the freezer just a tad too long. Parking: Parking lot and rear bldg access plus street side on the store front Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level sidewalk has ramps and there is lots of parking room for disability parking even if there aren't marked stalls

Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Parking was a challenge.
