Second visit to this Sonic. I decided I like the whole car hop thing (on a nice day), but when it’s busy, staff can forget an item and have to make a second trip. It also takes a long time to get this fixed. Otherwise staff are very courteous and pleasant. My sandwich was again hot and not greasy. They gave me tots instead of fries as ordered, but those were excellent, too. View all feedback. What Cindy Honcoop doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Worst none existence service ever. Waited 10 minutes after pushing the order button, walked up to drive thru window to asked how long we have to wait. She said she would get on it. Waited another 5 minutes no service. Love sonic lost ours in Ferndale. Won't be back at this location View all feedback.
