The night staff at this McDonald's in Marysville really made our evening. After attending a family event where the food was just mediocre, all seven of us found ourselves still hungry. We decided to stop by the drive-thru, which had a fair wait time of about 7 to 15 minutes, and managed to feed everyone for just $45. The woman taking our order was quick and to the point. When we reached the final window, a gentleman with long hair gave my wife a reassuring nod and confirmed that our order was all packed up. After pulling over to check everything, we discovered that all the burgers, fries, and nuggets were spot on. Kudos to the late-night team at McDonald's!
This McDonald's doesn't really stand out one way or another. I've used the drive-thru several times, and while it's usually busy, my experiences have been pretty average. They’ve been neither fantastic nor awful. About half the time, my order has been incorrect, and there have even been moments when they were out of specific items. The staff seem indifferent; they don’t go out of their way to be friendly, but they aren’t rude either. After all, it's McDonald's! I recall my time working at Taco Time and how challenging it was to maintain a cheerful demeanor while dealing with customers upset about prices I had no control over or those confused about our menu. In summary, it’s just an ordinary McDonald’s experience.
It's a McDonald's, so you generally know what you're getting. I arrived at 11 AM and faced a surprisingly long wait, even with two drive-thru lanes available. The staff were doing their best, but some customers were quite frustrating. I ended up at the payment window for at least five minutes, with my money hanging out the window while one of the crew members dealt with a particularly confused customer. Hats off to the team for managing the situation!
