Little Caesars Pizza - Marysville

This is a difficult review to write. The food here is generally very good. However, the delivery service through DoorDash is quite poor. I've had to report stolen food because their drivers often pick up your order and then cancel it in the DoorDash app, resulting in you essentially getting a free meal. Unfortunately, you still end up dealing with DoorDash, even if you placed your order through the smaller Zeasars app. It seems that there are thieves working for DoorDash, and getting a refund takes at least 7 to 10 days. Therefore, my low rating is not actually a reflection of the restaurant itself, but rather of the service provided by DoorDash. When I called to inquire about my order, I was informed that this issue is not uncommon. As a result, I have to lower my overall rating, but it's only because they are affiliated with DoorDash. I do recommend this restaurant, but only for pick-up orders.

I 've literally never received such bad service at any kind of restaurant, anywhere. Ordered online/prepaid at 5pm for a 6pm pickup. Waited until 7pm in a lobby of about 13 people with zero social distancing whatsoever before asking for a refund, which was actually somewhat prompt, but with no apology, and no words spoken other than I hear somebody wanted their money back? I was handed a credit receipt by what looked like perhaps the eldest teenager in a pizza place run by younger teenagers. Zero organization skills at all. They were just flat out ignoring a lobby full of people and not giving us any real indication of whether we may actually receive pizza at any time in the near-ish future. What a nightmare. Picked up two gigantic bake at home pizzas for half the price at Walmart, and they were tastier anyway. Lesson learned.

Customer service lacks. Dude threw my receipt, didn?t even hand it. Then didn?t even hand me my pizza?s I had to literally lean and pull them to me. First time at this location and the last. Price sky rocketed. Done with little Cesar?s after this. Little Cesar?s you have gone done hill for so so pizza Also with having a fresh make, my dough is hard as a rock and super thin and I didn?t ask for thin crust. 4 dollar charge for an extra topping is ridiculous. I am pretty upset as my pizza just went in the trash. 40.00 bucks later and I have to buy pizza at another company.

Great fast food! Definitely give the wings a try. The garlic parmesan wings are amazing, and when I finish them, I like to use the leftover sauce for my breadsticks.

I don't appreciate having to call, and it would be great if you could listen to me. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
