What Amy and Jonathan Smith likes about Applebee's Neighborhood Grill:
Needed to get out of the house and just eat without teenagers for a night. Because of snow and ice, stayed local and went to Applebee's for appetizers, 2 for 24, and of course the shark drink for the wife. Good service, quick food delivery, and server kept drinks full. Waitresses were rude. Seated with no water or utensils, took over 45 minutes for a waitress to come take our order, after ordering took another 25+ minutes for our food and water. Some food was already cold, everything tasted below average at best, at this point still no utensils.
