But when I took a bite, I noticed it was pink inside (or maybe just really red all over—I couldn't tell). I went to ask for a plastic knife to cut it in half for a better look, but there were none available in the restaurant. I ended up using a fork to pull it apart, but I still wasn't sure if it was cooked properly. The lovely server noticed and offered to send it back, which was really nice of her. She brought me another burger, but after taking a bite, I felt too uneasy to continue eating it since it looked the same as the first one (they are quite large burgers). I ended up taking it home for my husband to try, and thankfully he said it was great! Next time, I think I'll choose a different item from the menu. Feel free to share your favorites! By the way, their macaroni salad is the best vegetarian option!
