Kobe Steak House Of Japan

I would rate the bar service 1 star due to my experience with the bartender who was working around 9:30 PM on November 18th. She had blonde hair and looked quite young. When I approached the bar, she looked right at me but then turned to the woman with brown hair and asked if she needed anything, even though I was waiting for service. The brown-haired lady had to prompt her to serve me. Later, when my friend came up to the bar, the same bartender walked past her, and again it took the brown-haired lady to suggest that my friend might want a drink. The ambiance of the place is great, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such poor service, as they usually excel in customer service.

I finally got the chance to take my children and we give it a 10 out of 10 review. The food was delicious and our server was amazing! He really did bring the excitement and the laughs.
