What DK doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
Worst service ever, the employees look as if they don’t even want to be there. Ran out of lettuce ran out of big sandwich boxes got my sandwich wrong on top of it all, just pathetic, never coming back to the location Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.

Long time fan of firehouse (over 20 years), but the customer service at this location is lacking. At other locations, every time someone walked through the door several employees would yell “welcome to firehouse.” That hasn’t happened a single time here. The workers just appear apathetic. My order has never been wrong, so they are able to perform the job of making sandwiches. Aside from the workers, this location just seems a bit depressing. There are a few scattered tables, but it just doesn’t appear inviting. I used to really enjoy coming in and having lunch (at other locations), but I only want to order out from this location. I will probably still come to this location because it’s the closest to me, but it’s not as enjoyable as I’d like. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
This Firehouse sandwich was the worst I have ever purchased. I usually enjoy their sandwiches, but this one had no flavor. The meat was very dry and fatty. The service was for take out and the meal was for dinner. The price per person was $10-20. I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 2 out of 5.
The food was excellent today and the cashier was very friendly. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5.
On August 23 at 5:45 we entered the store to order 17 sandwhiches. There were no other customers and the 4 people working refused to fill the order because it was too big. Wonder what would have happened if 5 customers ordered 3 sandwhiches each? Sorry it was too much work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
