Wouldn’t let us in even tho I was 24! So stupid bad service

I visited Dave and Buster's for the first time, and I was impressed! The food was delicious, and several staff members came by to check on us and see if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I have food allergies. Asked them for a hamburger patty “only” and cooked separately. They did that but when they brought it out it had a bun and French fries on the plate. I did not ask for all the extras and specifically said I just want the patty and that’s it. That is cross contamination when you have food allergies, so it’s very frustrating to me when you say on the phone you can accommodate me and then you can’t.
