Num cenário de sonho, com o melhor que Portugal oferece, este restaurante podia bem ser uma armadilha para o turista, mas nada disso. É mesmo uma referência da cozinha alentejana, séria e honesta. Serviço atencioso. Recomenda-se o ensopado de borrego, excecional, e a sericaia de castanha, uma variante que em nada deve à tradicional. As doses são generosas. Vale mesmo a pena cá voltar.
