Could choose from jerusal artichoke soup, a pack, an salat, smoothies, chia cream and snackbars, which were clearly identifiable as vegan, plus a few Buddha-shots that could have been vegan (only written in the local language). smoothie was made fresh and tasted good, but not very large for the price. water served only in small, quite expensive plastic bottles. beautifully decorated.
Great to have some vegan options at Riga airport. They have many pre-packaged snacks to take with you on the plane or enjoy while waiting. A wide range of things to choose from.
Eat the quinoa/tofu wrap. Tasteless, soggy and could hardly spot the tofu. 10€ for the wrap and a tiny coffee

I recommend it was a very good option as it was an airport.
