I waited 22 minutes for my order pulled to side of Parking lot, needless to say there we're 3 others vehicles wait as well, after abt 22 I went inside to see of my order, Said they gave my order to another person! What Hannah Moore doesn't like about Kfc:
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did a mobile order and had to wait over 30minutes for it when I got there.. When I asked them when mine would be ready they told me they didn’t know, while they continuously filled the drive through and dine in orders. After we finally got our food it was SO dry and over done. View all feedback.

They don't want to wait on you they ack like they doing you a favor and say do you want to round off the money well if it was good service I would but it's not so
Doesn’t deserve any stars. The Martinsville KFC has the most inept staff I’ve ever seen. Ordered chicken online a day early so there would be no mix ups. I get there at the pick up time yesterday and no chicken. People standing around waiting for chicken to be fried that had been there a long time. The staff told me the wait would be 1 1/2 hrs. I will never go back to this KFC..ever! They owe a refund!
Some of the best fries I have eaten, they were seasoned well, hot, and crispy. Very friendly staff in drive thru.
In my opinion the mixture they use nowadays on the chicken is not cooked all the way it's lost its crunch like it's been made on a wet stream it's not cooked like the old days where it can actually crunch when you take a bite and the moisture doesn't go
