The Schankraum and the restaurant offer space for up to 80 people, the furnishings in the Tyrolean Zirbelstuben style with bright wood furniture, panelled walls and ceilings and matching decoration are original, comfortable, homely and invites you to stay. In beautiful weather we took place in the small beer garden. Here one sits nicely under old chestnut trees, but the plough of the small well in the middle is unfortunately overtoned unpleasantly by the noise from nearby B41. Exhaust gas odours do not penetrate into the small garden. Service: The friendly service is particularly pleasant and worth mentioning. My little granddaughter got crayons and a leaf with figures made for painting. Drinks and food order were professionally flotted and uncomplicated. There's nothing to expose. The restaurant Picard comprehensively met the slogan on the homepage hospitality with heart. 5 star food: The menu offers an appealing selection of petty-bourgeois cuisine from Hausmacher Bratwurst via table top to Winzersteak and a vegetarian dish. A second action card with different dishes with fresh pifferlings completes the offer. We chose home maker Bratwurst with fries and salad to 6,30 € Bunter salad plate with turkey breast to 10,90 € Schnitzel Hubertus with fries and salad to 13,80 € plate with small fork for the granddaughter 0,00 € No culinary highlights should be expected; the dishes served were all qualitatively fine and tasted well. In short, well-bourgeois cuisine with how it belongs large portions. At best, the super nicely spiced, slightly acidic cream dressing salad sauce and those with a coarse self-made panade made of mustaches with ground almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds? loosely fuffy wrapped and crusty golden brown roasted turkey breast strips. Also the sauce Hubertus, a bright herbal cream sauce with pifferlings, could convince me that the carving was a bit too thick, on the one hand lean and tender, it should have been more juicy. The sausage, homemade and rough, was okay. All in all, a well-bourgeois food that deserves good 3 stars. Conclusion: very friendly, especially child-lover service, original cozy excursion restaurant, ground-level good-bourgeois cuisine

We waited 1.5 hours for the f... read more So we were there for four on the holiday. Only one, totally overwhelmed, operation for the rear room in which about 35 guests sat. We waited 1.5 hours for the food that all came one after the other. When I had eaten mine, the last of the four foods was taken. No wonder the operation was always just wearing a plate.
