About a week ago, I came here at the drive thru. They unfortunately forgot one of my two quesadillas. I called and they offered to replace both. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude, and this was the late night staff the night of Sunday, Jan 7 2024, about an hour before closing. They were in NO way helpful or accommodating as I was traveling from out of town, and had some confusion with the app. I have worked in food service myself my whole career and I could not fathom treating someone this way and still being employed after the fact.
