Panera Bread - Feedback

What Steffanie H doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Worst Panera ever! We sat in their drive thru for 35 mins with 2 cars in front of us and then when we order they inform us “they don’t put cream cheese on bagels” which is very odd but that’s fine. The part I don’t get is we don’t have knives in the car to cut them in half or a toaster to toast them with in our vehicle. The young ladies at the front counter were pleasantly friendly and so helpful. They helped me find foods that were safe for me to eat (food allergy). When the soup I chose was not available, Carolyn kindly came to find me and ask if she could help me find something else. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and accommodating and so calm.
