Olive Garden Italian - Martinsburg

It's was a sad experience. After the hostess set us. We sat there for almost 20mins. And not a server stop and said anything. I had to get up and go asked the Hostess for a manager. Then the hostess said she would get our drinks while we wait. Well the store manager came out and I explained everything to her. She apologized and took our order. Waiter did not get to our table till 15 minutes. Had bad attitude

This is a great Olive Garden and one of the best locations of this chain. We had a short wait for the table so we got a drink at the bar. The bar tender was very attentive and whipped up some great drinks. Then we had dinner and service was great. Especially for our large party. Honeys to goodness, the calamari was some of the most tender I’ve ever had. All the entrees were good.

Our server Brooke has to be THE BEST in town! She's so much fun and makes dinner a really enjoyable experience! Our local Olive Garden never disappoints. The food is consistently hot tasty!

I have only been to this location a hand full of times and each time it has been a great experience. I got the 5 cheese ravioli this time and the salad and breadsticks, of course! I was only able to eat half of my pasta after the salad and breadsticks so I took the rest home for a nice dinner or lunch the next day as well! The portions are pretty big if you didn’t know.
