Mom’s Family D - Martinsburg

Awesome little family spot, good food, and fast service.

Service was horrible. Waitress never came back to check on us and we had to get up to ask to refill our drinks while they stood around. Never will go back. Not worth the price.

Enjoyed the place but didn't think it was worth the cost.

A delicious breakfast. really highly recommended. The place is clean, tidy and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Friendly staff and fast service even though there were 7 of us. If you want to come with friends or family, it is the excellent place to meet. You can talk, enjoy a good meal and without excessive cost.

I honestly can not rate the food because we didn't have anyone serve us. We were seated as soon as we walked in . We sat for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. There were 6 dirty tables around us. Looked or appeared that the staff was at the front counter and all they were doing was talking. We used to come here when it was warm springs diner and had great service there. Being our 1st time coming in since it changed hands we had hoped it would be just as good as warm springs. What really baffled me was the girl that seated us didn't even attempt to stop us from leaving. I dont know if you don't have enough staff or you don't have the right staff. But I will say in this day and age you can't afford to lose customers . Definitely need to work some things out or you will be like most of the restaurants in this area , closed down .
