Long John Silver's - Martinsburg

I love Long John Silver! They’re food is always satisfactory for me and I rarely have any issues with my order. The service here is good and I would highly recommend giving them a try!

We had a great time at Long John Silver's, we were tired from house hunting and Tracy at the counter was extremely helpful. We got a family meal with chicken and fish and added about nine shrimp to it. The hush puppies were very tasty, we also had green beans, corn, french fries and coleslaw. We had not had french fries at Long John Silver's in quite a while and these tasted better than I remembered. Tracy brought the order to our table for us, we were very appreciative of her attentiveness and attention to detail. Tracy made sure we had everything and we're happy and even checked on us later as she walked by.

Order was mixed up when receiving food. Manager said come to window she would work with me on the shortage of chicken and slaw that was missing. When ticket was give to Manager she gave me slaw, extra chicken and fries. She was firm but absolutely fair. I love their food and will be ordering again. Thank you Manager for making it a pleasant visit at LJS.

Always friendly and professional. Both fish and chicken are good. I love the hushpuppoes!
