"Martinsburg's best food! The sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had, even if you don't typically like sweet potato fries, you'll love them here! The pastrami Reuben is also delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is super friendly. I noticed they are working on an outside space, I can't wait to see it when it's finished! With food this tasty, they'll need to increase seating capacity soon once more people discover this gem.".

Although the restaurant may not look inviting from the outside, don't let that deter you from going in! The service is fast and friendly, and the food is delicious. I stopped in for lunch and ordered a plate with two sides, and it was a generous portion. The barbecue was excellent and perfect for those looking to grab a quick bite during their lunch break. Very busy at night (of course it's the first time we tried it? but all working people cough like tomorrow not! we sat at the bar for stamina. there have been a couple of brews tested between us (they are more than happy to give about an ounce tasting for them to try every beer that they may hesitate) and also use the happy hour teller. steamed buns were ahmazing (complete disclosure, I love steamed buns). also the chip-chos that were a very unique version of nachos. I chose the Cuban Grain Bowl and my boo had the pork plate with extra brisket and ripen (saturday is Rib-Tag, ya’ll .mac n cheese and sweet potatoes on the side. Pickles were on the spot. let me tell them but I would visit this restaurant for the sweet potato friars alone! soouo tasty. really glad that server that see their cool and hard working for customer satisfaction. they were all drying! we will definitely visit again?
Great service and yummy food!! The apple butter is such a treat! I wish the kids menu was a little less pricey (don't want to pay $8 for grilled cheese for a 2yr old But they have a mac and cheese side for $4 that we got so it worked out?
We had the pleasure of Chef Steve from Firebox 55 cater a 50th birthday event in September and let me tell you, it was so delicious and beautifully done! He created a customized menu of appetizers and sides just for us and everyone raves about them even now. Since that event, I have tried the sandwiches and sides and can’t wait to get back in there for their happy hour soon! Everything has been top notch. I would like to plan a party in there soon! It is large enough to have an event inside such as an adult birthday or even a baby shower.
The food here is amazing! The meats are tender, smoked and spiced perfectly. If you are looking for a good happy hour change, this is the place. 1/2 priced beer and wine for happy hour and you get to try new apps every week! Give it a try! You will definitely be back!
We are big BBQ fans and Firebox 55 is the real deal. I got pulled pork and it was deliciously tender and smoky, and really enjoyed trying it with all 5 of their sauces. My husband gave me a couple bites of his Grimley sandwich and it was so good! We’ll definitely be back!
