I need an order on the mobile app to pick up some burritos for lunch. I paid extra for onions on two different burritos. Second time I’ve placed an order with the app. (I really should have learned my lesson. over an hour wait time and extremely rude staff. One guy in there with a 13 tattooed on his elbow told he can’t speak English. A bunch of trash experiences later and I’ve finally got it now. This place is trash. Every time I walk in the have spills on the floor and it’s gross. I saw a guy give up on the kiosk and just order through the drive through because no one would help him order. The young mgr on duty told me to call Taco Bell support and I’m just through. They can’t reform and I don’t need them to. F&@k this place man
I had put my order in on line so it should be in the system. A little bit later a family comes in and orders from the kiosk and I am still waiting while they eat. Why order from online then I'm not. I also got my food and there was not much to the Cantina Bowl.

Came today for lunch with my granddaughters. Everyone so helpful, kind and patient. Food was so good.
Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Bought from the app. 40 minutes ago. Got there in a line. They said pull ahead. Lady who screwed up my payment last time I was here told me to go park. I wait 25 minutes I see her come with an order then walk away saying “wrong order”. I’m confused like what just happened.I wait 10 more minutes. I finally go inside cuz I see about 10 people already go through the line roster and leave with their food plus people inside.What was the incentive to use the app? I almost decided to go through the line and re order to get it quicker than waiting for this one. they gave me a drink when I already was given a drink the first time I went to through.ALSO to sweeten the deal, they gave me no sauce. Just like the last time I was here. It was on my order too. And last time, I got asked in the mic, and at the window what sauce I wanted and they still skipped it.
