Wow, what a fantastic lunch today. Everything was so fresh made from scratch. Fried catfish and fresh hush puppies. The service was outstanding. Nice atmosphere.Give Shades a try in Martindale. View all feedback.
The food and coffee here are just incredible. The food on the menu is a small but unique variety full of flavors. The coffee is always delicious and made to perfection. Everything tastes from scratch and the plating is gorgeous. Although they are closing, I will miss my favorite coffee shop. Thank you, Audrey and Lori! I hope to see another beautiful restaurant by you two again!
Small but nice selection of items and artwork to purchase. Good place for eats too.
Quite good food. Sadly, most everything is too salty. Even salad.
Had a great breakfast at Shades. Recommend the French toast and a side of bacon.
This place should really update their online presence because they are not open. We are in the area for vacation and we were looking for a breakfast place.
