What Lynn Alexander doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I waited in line over 25 minutes to pick up my pizza. 10 minutes of that was at the window while people talked and did other things. To add insult to injury, the order was wrong. I asked for bacon and got sausage. The order receipt had the correct info, the pizza was done incorrectly. View all feedback.
Pizza was not the way it looked in commercial. The cheese in the crust was NOT hot. The wait both in store and in drive-thru was incredibly long. Only had 1 person up front taking orders, checking out customers and running drive-thru. The assistant manager would NOT acknowledge customers in drive-thru. I will not be ordering anything else from this Pizza Hut.
I havent eaten at pizza hut in a long time. Recently we gave them another chance and boy we were pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work!

The pizza was hot and fresh. The order was exactly how I ordered. Very yummy!!
We eat at Pizza hut several times a week. Love it! Food is good and if you pick up yourself it is much quicker than delivery. Thanks
