What Zacharie Diallo doesn't like about Les Mouettes:
dinner without leaving the campsite is already an advantage, better than the kitchen is simple, we eat well, for a very affordable price and in good mood. Kids can have fun at games, cool. View all feedback.
We stayed here in July while we were touring France for 2 months. We brought our own motorhome instead of renting a mobile home and we had our own pitch. Pitches are big, with own water stand alone sink on them. We actually left 2 days early and lost the money because we didn't like the campsite and location. Getting into Marseille is not easy or recommended from this campsite as there isn't really a way of doing so. Apparently there was a bus and then a train but because of a language barrier they didn't tell us how to do this. There's no pool which is something we over looked we wouldn't have booked a campsite without a pool but evidently we did but it's just so hot and without a pool it's unbearable. And quite boring. It's about ten minute walk to the beach and it's a walk and then down some really steep steps so not recommended for buggies or elderly. We aren't beach people so we don't like the sand and the salt and the sea so we were disappointed there wasn't more there. There's a lovely restaurant on site a pizzeria which is amazing. But other than that there is nothing there to do. It was so boring we left two days early and moved on. I can't understand how People kept their kids entertained this isn't anything at the fault of the campsite I don't think it's just how it is. Toilets and showers are shared upstairs but downstairs are separate. Toilets upstairs on the block are holes in the floor which I thought was gross but apparently it's how the French toilets are. Also you have to take your own loo roll. Showers are clean though!
