It's surprising how few customers come here. The food is always hot and freshly prepared, rather than sitting out all day. The service is exceptional; the staff are truly top-notch—polite and well-groomed. Parking is convenient, so I’d rate it a solid 10/10. Keep up the great work! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant with my wife and our autistic grandson. We spent over £27, but it was wasted on subpar service and food. To make matters worse, I was charged extra because they couldn't provide the drink I wanted. The food was ok but sadly nobody was policing the parking. We had to get a car moved for access to the dropped kerb for Mums wheelchair to get in then get a white van moved to get out. We won't be coming here again
Had to call the cashier as he was talking yo his friend out the back. He then forgot the condiments and fries we paid for so we had to back in. And the onion rings were cold and clwarly had been out for too long. Not to mention the fact there wete 4 staff members that i could see including an asst mgr and none could be bothered to clear the table in the dining area. Lamentable. Service: Take out
