The staff is consistently very friendly. For takeout, I had lunch, and it was reasonably priced at around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

What really stood out was the way she treated a friendly colleague of hers and a Spanish-speaking customer who came in. Her rudeness in both actions and words, as well as her obvious annoyance, was quite uncomfortable to witness. I felt embarrassed for her. As someone who works in customer service at a restaurant, I believe it's crucial to treat people with respect—especially in front of customers. It was genuinely upsetting to see her behave that way towards another human being. This experience compelled me to write a review. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps it's time to consider a change. If you can't be kind to others, maybe it’s time to step away from the role. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. To Trish, I suggest you reflect on your attitude—either adjust it or consider a different path. I dined in for lunch and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was rated 4 out of 5; it was delicious and satisfying. The service also earned a solid 4—staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, also receiving a 4. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place for a nice lunch.

I visited late on Friday night, and the young woman working there was both cheerful and courteous. She prepared my subs to perfection.
