What Anonym dislikes about The Dispatch:
I’m only giving this place one star because Google won’t let me leave no rating. Honestly, it’s not worth your time. The cleanliness was questionable, with fruits scattered everywhere, and the prices are way too high for the quality they offer. I’m only giving this place one star because Google won’t let me leave no rating. Honestly, it’s not worth your time. The cleanliness was questionable, with fruits scattered everywhere, and the prices are way too high for the quality they offer. Even if you order online and add a tip, the staff never sees it—the owners keep the tips to cut costs, which is both unfair and possibly illegal. The food isn’t fresh either; they reuse leftovers from the day before, and some supposedly made-to-order items are actually two days old. You’d be better off buying the same items cheaper at the supermarket.

I loved The Dispatch when it first opened—despite the somewhat high prices, the menu was excellent! However, my experience over the past two weeks has been disappointing. The food has become inconsistent, with noticeable differences in portion sizes and quality. It feels like they are prioritizing their friends over regular customers. Considering the steep prices, The Dispatch should put more emphasis on customer service. Guests shouldn’t feel like they’re receiving leftovers meant for friends.

I truly enjoyed The Dispatch when it first opened; the food was excellent, albeit a little expensive. However, my visits in the past two weeks have been disappointing. The food quality and portion sizes have become inconsistent. It also seems that some staff members are favoring their friends over regular paying customers. Considering the high prices, the restaurant should provide better service to all customers instead of giving special treatment to friends.

I reluctantly gave this place one star because Google required it, but honestly, it’s not worth your time. The restaurant is quite dirty—there were fruit flies near the entrance—and the prices are way too high for what you get. Additionally, if you order online and leave a tip, the staff never actually receive it. The owners keep the tips, claiming it costs them money to pass them on to employees. It's also concerning that they reportedly fill in tip amounts without employee knowledge, which is illegal. With all these problems, I don't see how they’ll stay in business. The food isn’t fresh either; they reuse leftovers from previous days, and pre-made sandwiches sometimes sit out for two days. You could easily find the same items cheaper at a supermarket.
