**Dining Experience at Hibachi Haven: A Mixed Bag**
At Hibachi Haven, diners may find themselves divided between the lively hibachi scene and the quieter sushi offerings. While the hibachi experience is fun, marked by enthusiastic chefs, the service can be brusque, and some patrons report being rushed through meals. Sushi enthusiasts may leave disappointed, noting dry rolls and subpar flavors. However, there are bright spots: generous portions of fresh fish for takeout. Ultimately, while families appreciate the kid-friendly atmosphere and special occasions, inconsistent food quality and service may hinder return visits for some. A restaurant with potential, but improvements are needed.

I ordered the sushi lunch special to go and the portions were very generous! I can't comment too much on the service but the staff was very kind when I picked up my order.
Called for takeout after I got home I saw order was wrong and we did not get some things. We called to just get credited for missing things instead of driving 15 minutes again and the lady hung up on us twice saying we needed to come there. So i called back and got hung up on again. I finally drove there another 15 minutes and the owner argued with me so rude. Worst customer service ever. I would never eat here again rude people.
Food was great. Hibachi was great. I asked my waitress for water and a drink. The drink was made wrong even tho I corrected her on what it was 3 times before she walked away (it was ginger ale, tequila and grenadine) I never got the water. My friend ordered waters later for everyone and I was still not brought one. But everyone else got a glass tho.
Chef was not as good as previous visites. Way too much salt, did not watch for food contamination we had a food allergy person with us. Manager and server did their best to correct but was disappointed overall. Use to be much better and it all came down to the chef.
The hibachi experience was fun, as a one time thing, but the servers were very brusque and not very nice. To-go containers are tossed at you before you've finished eating to rush you out the door in order to wear the next group. The hibachi cooks were okay, but not as engaging as other similar restaurants. Food was good, but not enough to bring me back
