Applebee's Grill - Marshalltown

The evening service is not great at the moment. We were seated and waited about 15-20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. We expected the other server to bring us drinks, but they didn't. The food was covered in oil, which was unpleasant. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 2, Atmosphere 3.

My experience at Applebee's on October 19 was disappointing. The appetizers and dollaritas we ordered were average, but the service was terrible. Our server, Trixie, was absent and we struggled to get her attention for refills. Every interaction with her seemed to come with an attitude. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the poor service we received.
