Seems most of the times I have been there, there is always an issue with something.. register is down, no money for change so can only take a credit card, understaffed so can't serve food, the speaker box doesn't work, and on top of that the staff thatwork the drive thru are rude as hell! Inside is closed down, can't go inside to order. I guess too bad if you have a vehicle too tall for the drive through. Unbelievable 2 years after COVID and this place still has the inside locked down out of fear, yet Walmart right nearby hashundreds of people crammed inside maskless and nobody is worried. Then again perhaps it has nothing to do with covid anotherrecent reviewer mentioned finding a roach amongst their food, perhaps they're scared of people being inside and seeing roaches.Anyway, I went to subway in Walmart instead. This Wendy's should be shutdown.
They were very professional and polite, from the order box to the nice lady who brought my food out. As for the food, it was great! I got everything I ordered.
I was waiting for the lunch menu to be unveiled, but the breakfast menu was still in place. I called to inquire about when they would switch it, and the person I spoke to said that someone would eventually take care of it. I'm not sure if that meant they were in the process of changing it at that moment or if it would happen later on. I ended up waiting for five minutes before deciding to leave, as they still hadn't made the update.
The food was hot and fresh, but the customer service was terrible. The woman at the window was very curt; she simply handed us our food and walked away when we said thank you.
The experience was quick, and the food was excellent! It's a fantastic spot for a large, delicious burger.
