The ordered 2 sandwiches have both screwed and do not ask for tuna, apparently spread it on then scratch You get the taste of tuna and that's it. This is my rating $17 for bread and mayonnaise.

The food deserves a perfect 5 stars, as does the cleanliness of the restrooms and... read more We visited this restaurant for subs and left feeling concerned for the staff. The food deserves a perfect 5 stars, as does the cleanliness of the restrooms and dining area. The staff were also amazing, earning them another 5 stars. However, I have to give just 1 star for how the personnel are treated. One of the employees who prepared our subs broke down in tears, sharing that she had been working for 20 hours straight without a break due to understaffing, and new hires tend to quit quickly. Additionally, the changes made by Subway have added to the pressure on the team. It's disheartening to witness an employee breaking down in front of customers, but even more troubling to hear about their experience. Despite the challenges, we were still greeted with smiles and enjoyed our fantastic sandwiches. If you stop by, please offer some encouragement to this hardworking team because they truly need it.

However, as parents and grandparents it was alarming to see her working by herself, especially with nearby Truck Stops and Interstate 70 so close. NOT SAFE AT ALL! If staffing isso short handed, the drive thru needs to be the point of sale, with the doors locked until there is adequate staffing.
