I... read more The person who made my sandwich did an excellent job! Unfortunately, the bread was hard and stale. The Dr. Pepper was out, and both tea dispensers were empty. It’s 2:36 PM, and the store isn't busy at all, yet all three employees are working in the back. Additionally, the tables were dirty.

When you have a coupon for a 4$ 6in so they charge you 7$ anyways. Maybe train your employees then have them work. It seems their policy d... read more I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. There was no handwashing or glove changes between preparing food for customers. It seems their policy doesn’t require staff to do either after handling trash and then continuing to prepare food. When I politely requested that the employee at least change her gloves after throwing away trash, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. This incident occurred today, July 27, 2023, during lunchtime. I chose not to purchase the sandwich. I really hope the manager reviews the footage, as the employee claimed it was completely acceptable. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future, and I recommend you do the same.

There was only one p... read more The food at Subway isn't fresh; the steak, cheese, and vegetables appear to be frostbitten, and some items don't even have the right color. There was only one person working during my visit, and it's unclear who oversees the food quality and staffing. This experience was quite disappointing.
