There was only one person working during my visit, and it's unclear who oversees the food quality and staffing. This experience was quite disappointing.

When I inquired about the availability of other types of bread, I was told that they never have them. According to the employee, there have only been white and wheat options for as long as he has worked there. However, the Subway website indicates that other varieties, like Italian herb, are available. It might be worth it for corporate to investigate this situation and understand why.

Since I don’t dine out often, it’s been a while since my last visit, and I was pleased to see the improvements in their customer care. However, the new plastic barriers do make it challenging to hear the staff clearly from the other side. A helpful tip: have your preferred bread and toppings/sauces in mind before your turn to order. This will help things move along more smoothly for everyone.
