It was highly recommended, but we were very disappointed. Some food came out cold. There were no clams in the chowder (3 people ordered it and no one got clams). Too much celery in the Clam-Chowder. That was a great disappointment because I am most looking forward to fresh shells. Lack of spices during dishes. Overpriced. You need to order your food, then pick it up from the counter. Too casual for prices. A friend mentioned that you feel in the way while waiting for food. We also had Moscow Mules. Very good.

The oysters came quickly and were fresh and tasty. Three of us had fish and chips the other had clams. The fish and chips were okay, not crispy enough for my taste. Good cocktails and wine and a good bartender. Probably won't go back, though. Better fish and chips at the Hop Monk.

Also excellent: their cioppino their clam chowder. Definitely come for the seafood. Order from the takeout window and if the weather is good, eat outside! It's worth it. If you're not the one driving, their mixed drinks are excellent.

There were no clams in the clam chowder (3 people ordered it and no one got clams)claims. WAYYY too much celery in the clam chowder. This wasa big disappointment because I was most looking forward to fresh clam chowder. Lack of seasoning throughout the dishes. Overpriced.
