When I mentioned... read more I had to request a drink carrier, and when I finally received my drinks, both tipped over out of the carrier—one even spilled all over my seat. When I mentioned this to the girl at the window to get a replacement drink, she responded with a grunt and rolled her eyes. I understand the restaurant might be busy and short-staffed, but rudeness like that toward customers is unacceptable.

They rarely have enough chicken in stock, and it’s the only restaurant in town that isn’t busy. With better management, I believe this place could become successful again.

Even... read more I enjoy KFC; their chicken is consistently good, and I especially like the original crispy variety. However, they still haven't reopened their dining area. Even though they claim the pandemic is over, I’m still stuck eating in my truck, which I really dislike.
