We use to luv KFC in Marshall TX.NO MORE !! They've gone down hill.Last night 2-8-24 our fries were old cold (yuck), got the big box chicken, supposed to have 3 pieces of chicken only got 2, barley warm. No dipping sauce for the tenders we ordered, out of desserts, NO unsweetened tea only one kind of sugar free drink.We'll be going to one of the many other fried chicken places we have here in Marshall.

It was only 30 minutes before closing, and they directed me to contact corporate about it. My card had already been charged, and when I arrived, they attempted to sell me the order again at a higher price. To make matters worse, the manager gave me a number for a sex line instead of the corporate customer service number.
