Buffet!!!. The buffet is always hot and fresh. If a pizza isn't out; ask! they will make it and bring it to your table. I've never been a fan of the pasta but my wife has said she like the mac and cheese. The salad bar is a monster.. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gucci's Pizza:
The restaurant was clean, but the waitstaff was inattentive and got our order wrong. Service was also slow. Despite the poor service, the waitress promised to discount our bill, but never did. The eggplant and veal parmesan tasted like they were frozen, with tough veal and unappetizing breading. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and now I understand why. View all feedback.

I love it the pizza is amazing I would love to win one But the customer service is awesome I miss the original owner he was so loved The manager cassy I hope I spelled that correctly was very patient with me today I love it there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I called ahead to place an order for takeout. When I arrived to pick up my order, I encountered a blonde girl at the front who was somewhat rude. I requested a paper menu to take home for future orders, rather than relying on the online menu on my phone, but she refused. Despite this, I ordered a deep dish pizza, only to discover when I got home that it was actually thin crust. While the food was tasty, I was disappointed not to receive what I had ordered. Because of the unfriendly service and the mix-up with my order, I don't plan on returning to Guccis in the future. I'll stick with Dominos or Pizza Hut instead. I have no tolerance for impolite staff.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food! I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.
I hate to give it a 3 star review but just being honest, I did eat here about 15 minutes before the buffet closed and the pizza was not good. I did enjoy the salad bar! I’m sure their pizza is much better when fresh! If I get a chance to go back, I’ll update review after I try it again. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
