We had not visited the restaurant in a long time, and our return was very good. The dishes were delicious, the beer was at the perfect temperature, and the music was at a very good volume, allowing for easy conversation and good listening. Our waiter provided excellent service. What Merlin Feeney doesn't like about Fidencio Botanero:
Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it View all feedback.

I recently tried the Restaurant Week menu at this restaurant and was blown away. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, and the included drink was a nice touch. The flavors were exquisite and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant.
The square and the physical location of the restaurant were not up to par, as the former had issues with parking and the latter appeared outdated and uncomfortably warm. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food. From the towering pancakes with cheese, to the kids' favorite steak tacos, to the gaoneras, chamorro, and noo tacos, everything was excellent. We ended our meal with a delicious chocolate dessert with cajeta and marzipan accents, all at a great price and with attentive service. It is worth noting that the image on OpenTable is outdated as the restaurant has since changed locations from Avalanz.
Overall, everything was satisfactory, but it would be improved if parking validation was offered.
The food was very good as always, but the waiter or manager was demanding a 15% tip and was calculating it incorrectly. They also seemed annoyed because they didn't know how to calculate the tip properly and said that 15% was the minimum.
