I visited Casey's and found that there was only one staff member present. They didn't inquire if I had any rewards, which was disappointing. Overall, I wasn't very happy with my experience due to the poor management and lack of employee training in customer service.
Has three cash registers. Only one in use at a time. Line is more time than not wrapped around the store by the drink coolers. Doesn't matter if it's 7:30-8:00 in the morning on the weekdays or noon on Saturday. Very poor management Update: Still cannot go to this store without spending at least 10 minutes in line. Built a bigger Casey's to help with the high customer volume, then runs less cash registers. It makes zero sense.
Standing in line for over 5 minutes, woman at counter just walked away and never came back. Young man had to chase her down to wait on customers.
It's still a decent pizza place, but they never ask for my name when I order, which makes it a bit of a hassle to repeat my order.
They can't ever get orders correct. Their wings aren't sauced at all, it's just frozen wings put in an oven. I called about my order being incorrect and they offered to have the pizzas remade. I asked multiple times for the lady on the phone to confirm with me what toppings were going to be used and I got the same “ok, we'll have that done for you soon” response every time I asked until I just gave up and hung up the phone.
