Vapiano Pizza Pasta - Marseille

We were two people on Friday 5 May 2023, we presented at 10:30 p.m./40, we refused to serve us because the restaurant and close while it is written on the site and at the entrance of the restaurant a poster that informs us that the restaurant closes at 00h we asked in its case why this poster tells us 00h as you refuse to serve us and the gentleman in cash tells us that he has too many people and that we couldn’t. The restaurant was empty there were only 2 ladies who had finished eating and 10 people on the terrace!

We were 3 ... served each are round to 15 minutes intervals... Brilliant and the music is pretty high! The strong point I would say comic view that we were inside! The seagulls were performing on the terrace! You've got to pick the bread on the table. They got lucky they got him the bread.

It becomes catastrophic and very expensive... I'm disappointed.

Desolative! You can't eat there! Long waiting. Wait for more than 30 minutes and more!! without any explanation! Places are available but the kitchen does not follow. Concept without respect for the customer.. You can't go home, sit down only if all the guests have been served in dishes. Crazy concept. We were shocked in the queue, foreign tourists don't understand..Personals completely ignoring. No respect for customers waiting outside, never seen.. There are many of us left, angry, hungry. Anyway scandalous!!!! No need of customers at home.

I made 30 minutes waiting and I wasn't the only person at the entrance counter. A lot of people came out but we weren't getting in, so a certain moment I and my daughters settled and there a young woman came to him they said they settled because no one tells us anything she answers us with an inaudible thing and leaves .and around us full of people not served. we went to eat elsewhere.
