What Marcelle Peron doesn't like about Saisons:
Reading the reviews I was expecting much more from this restaurant. We both had the course menu. Note that according to the waitress, everyone at the table has to have the same menu! I don’t think that’s good at all as not everyone wants...to have the same amount of food. Anyway, re the food: Raw marinated fish was average and not that tasty. Foie gras with coffee and sea urchin was good. Risotto was very good Cuttle... View all feedback.
A beautiful starry experience. An original menu with simple but well valued products A menu less than 70 euros that allows you to learn about gastronomy. A small apartment for the room that has nothing exceptional Thanks for this beautiful moment
Beautiful discovery, the service is impeccable, warm, very smiling. A beautiful wine map, sommelier that made us discover the wine of the region. A perfect blind menu, a satisfaction. A point of honor to the granite that was explosive.
Very good gourmet restaurant with 1 star in Michelin guide. The dishes are very good even if I had a preference for entries and desserts. The service was very pleasant and the open view on the kitchen is a plus. The spacing between each table allows to keep good sanitary conditions and to keep a certain calm in the room.
Unbelievable! The kindness and competence of the staff, both the hostess and the sommelier and the kitchen team. Meals really good, surprising and with a wide choice of wine that suits! (Special for pre dessert that was really excellent)
We went with family. We wanted to order the language menu that is served in 5 steps. The chief works the lobster in different ways. Only I had not read that it had to be booked 24 hours in advance because there is indeed a lot of work. The chef did it at the last minute to offer us a menu around the 4-step lobster, he mobilized 30 minutes to prepare the whole while it was the swelling in the kitchens. Nothing compelled him and we are very grateful for this generosity. The lobster of the Mediterranean was cooked to perfection. The chef's cuisine was succulent, fine, subtle and creative. I'm late to come back to find out more! The wine we recommended by the sommelier responded perfectly to our expectations. The service is distinguished and attentive. The atmosphere is modern, cozy and not cured as it can be in other Michelin-starred restaurants. Thank you so much for this delicious evening.
