We originally booked a different room but were recommended to change the room if we wanted a balcony we changed to the duplexe which was more expensive and we w... read more We originally booked a different room but were recommended to change the room if we wanted a balcony we changed to the duplexe which was more expensive and we were lead to believe this garden would be private however it was a shared garden for all guests. If we came again we would stay in the main hotel. The room felt a bit dated and a little dark with not much privacy due to the shared garden, there was an extra charge for coffee pods and no milk provided for the price we paid we felt these could be included. Other than this the people at reception were very friendly and the location was great.
